Problem:we accept a2338 few days back with no visual,if press the power button.processer is getting hot and voltages are flowing the path.actions are happening but screen is dark.no illumination.the screen price is too expensive ,not to store spare screen for examining.we open to observe the screen part and strips condition.bad or good .no damages and not recognize physical damages on screen.we disconnect the ,which is connect through screen and clean completely.no action.
solution:we brought to fix new screen to crosscheck.screen is lighting.we happy to report to the customer.its screen fault .not to restore this problem without changing screen .they accept to fix fresh for using.
