customer enter at centre with laptop on white colour visual.while turn on the laptop.customer reported,what they seen.we accept that laptop for inspection to examine.we attempt to repair itself .but we are fail with that.then to observe the screen cable for its condition.its good condition.next to inspecting the motherboard voltages flows for screen section part.voltages are running routine.ultimately attach the fresh screen .we can get vision without interception.
solution: alter the new screen.to see the visual then work with that.customer pleased to quit.
