Trouble: customer visited to reported not functioning past days handed over the laptop.we opened to examined the motherboard voltages.its not flowing after voltage allocation ic.if attach the dc jack with adapter .the dc converter is hot too fast.we try to inspect around ics are good.crosscheck with dc converter to replace.ic is not hot but voltages are not flowing.cause is ,pch is not communicating signals for dc converter.
solution: this type of problem not to solve itself so,replace the new motherboard for working well.
